The Cleanse Movement Series is designed to help support the fluctuating energy levels and emotions that you may experience during each day of The Cleanse. We have created a daily movement sequence to guide you through. Class Teacher, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and Health Coach Raj Barker leads us through 10 sequences designed to meet you where you are throughout your progression of The Cleanse. With Raj’s deep understanding of the role nutrition, movement and healthy rituals have on optimal wellness, her daily sequences will elevate and round out your journey.

The Cleanse Movement Series
  • Day 1: The Class + Recover with Raj | 60 minutes

    An opportunity for a fresh start as you embark on Day 1 of The Cleanse. Introduce movement into your daily ritual, with 50 minutes of The Class, followed by 10 minutes of full body recovery led by Raj.

  • Day 2: The Class + Recover with Raj | 55 minutes

    Allow the body to move into deep observation mode as toxins are eliminated from the diet and impulse cravings may begin to grip firmly. Shift into choice and move your body with Raj for 45 minutes of The Class and 10 minutes of pure recovery.

  • Day 3: Core + Recover with Raj | 35 minutes

    The body is now in full cleansing mode, which may be accompanied by a range of side effects. Raj will guide you through a low impact movement series, beginning with 15 minutes of core work and then move into 15 minutes of recovery.

  • Day 4: Cardio + Meditation with Raj | 30 minutes

    As you deepen into the next layer of detoxification, we begin to discover what was just filling instead of fulfilling us. Shake things up with Raj with 20 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of meditation to look inward.

  • Day 5: The Class Light + Recover with Raj | 60 minutes

    You may be feeling lighter and clearer or still stuck in cravings. Meet yourself exactly where you are at as Raj leads you through 50 minutes of The Class Light into 10 minutes of full body recovery and relaxation.

  • Day 6: Recover + Meditate with Raj | 23 minutes

    As you begin to move into a newfound energy, take the day to truly sit with it. Raj will guide you through 10 minutes of recovery and 15 minutes of meditation to take note of the internal shifts that happen once these cravings and habits have loosened their grip.

  • Day 7: Cardio + Core with Raj | 35 minutes

    One week in. A new access point to have a clearer conversation with ourselves.. As your body truly begins to clear from the inside out and energy levels begin to restore, enjoy 30 minutes of cardio and core work with Raj.

  • Day 8: The Class + Recover with Raj | 55 minutes

    Check in with yourself. As Raj leads you through 45 minutes of The Class into a short recovery, tune it to the physical body. What waves have you ridden? What feels different?

  • Day 9: Cardio, Core + Recover with Raj | 45 minutes

    Clarity and lightness. As you round the corner to the finish line, let your body move with 30 minutes of cardio and core work followed by 15 minutes of recovery.

  • Day 10: The Class + Recover with Raj | 65 minutes

    You made it! Acknowledge the journey and celebrate yourself as you move through your final day of 50 minutes of The Class and 15 minutes of recovery with Raj.
