For those who are expecting, we have designed The Class Prenatal. This practice originates from our signature Class and focuses on a balanced sequence with modifications and specific alignment to help you maintain your Class practice throughout your pregnancy. Let's begin.

Give yourself 30 minutes to move with Karla as she guides you through a recovery sequence designed for you to use to compliment your Class practice. Karla will guide you through a series of stretches to support you in your practice during your pregnancy.
