The first half of The Class is filled with the intensity and cathartic release of our signature Class, followed by restorative stretching and meditation in the second half. Hannah will offer a balanced sequence to support you in your practice during your pregnancy with the opportunity to seal your practice with a restorative postures that will soothe the system and drop you deep into rest and repose.
