Give yourself 35 minutes to move with Karla as she you guides you through The Class Postnatal. Karla will offer a balanced sequence to support you in your practice postpartum. Level 3 is the most strenuous in this series of classes, with specific attention staying on the transverse abdominals and pelvic floor.
PLEASE NOTE: The Class urges you to have clearance from your doctor that exercising is safe at your stage postpartum, likely 6-8 weeks out of birth, but different for every body. Be gentle, follow your own intuition and your physician's advice.
