The Class Light is a softened, low-impact version of our signature Class. With specific attention to alignment and technique, you will move and flush the system of heaviness and tension. This version of the practice is a great introduction to The Class method - perfect for beginners, those with injuries, new mothers and mothers-to-be. This Class in particular will focus the movements to support new mothers.
PLEASE NOTE: The Class urges you to have clearance from your doctor that exercising is safe at your stage postpartum, likely 6-8 weeks out of birth, but different for every body. Be gentle, follow your own intuition and your physician's advice.
