Welcome to The Beginner Series. If you're new to the method of The Class or looking to strengthen your foundation with it, this 3 week program can serve as your guide. This series is designed to familiarize you with the many different layers of the method, introduce you to our teachers, and help you to fine tune the ability of listening to you. You can expect 3 Classes a week, all of varying length and available for you to take on your own time. There will also be a supplemental stretch and meditation opportunity for you within each week. In this particular video, Jaycee will walk you through the design of this program and illuminate more of what you can expect.
