    We will transition immediately from meditation to The Class. We recommend that you attend the morning sessions of The Summit wearing fitness clothing and sneakers and bringing your water, towel, and yoga mat.

    We recommend that you attend the morning sessions of The Summit wearing fitness clothing and sneakers and bringing your water, towel, and yoga mat.
    You are welcome to shower, hydrate, and replenish at 12:30pm after Class before diving back in to the next section of programming.

    We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a journal and pen to take in the content. Have some snacks and drinks nearby too, so that you enjoy every moment!
