This Class is meant to immediately follow Philip Attar’s Day 1 meditation. We recommend that you practice in order. We suggest you wear fitness clothing and sneakers and bring a water, towel, and yoga mat.
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing. This practice involves light movement, which will include a few stretches that make use of a wall and your yoga mat. Please bring a journal and pen to take in the content. Have some water nearby to hydrate.
