    This Class is meant to immediately follow Philip Attar’s Day 1 meditation. We recommend that you practice in order. We suggest you wear fitness clothing and sneakers and bring a water, towel, and yoga mat.

    We suggest wearing comfortable clothing. Please bring a journal and pen to take in the content. Have some snacks and drinks nearby too, so that you enjoy every moment!

    We suggest wearing comfortable clothing. This practice involves light movement, which will include a few stretches that make use of a wall and your yoga mat. Please bring a journal and pen to take in the content. Have some water nearby to hydrate.
