As a former ballet dancer, recovering perfectionist and now a new mom, Karla aims to deliver a Class that underscores and celebrates acceptance. From the angles of challenging movement, to moments that are sweet and spacious, the information is all usable in creating more capacity for understanding and compassion. After practice, Karla hopes students can re-enter their day filled with more ease, openness and grace.
