Sophie studied movement early on in life to cope with anxiety and depression due to childhood trauma. In her teens, she started working at Ishta Yoga, and soon after began teaching yoga to youths and fell in love with sharing her passion for movement. Shortly thereafter, she found The Class and realized it was the fire she’d been missing. Sophie’s classes challenge the body in new and inventive ways. Music is her best friend. Sophie plays a variety of different genres to create a fun and motivating experience. She hopes students feel challenged, strong, and cleansed after taking her Classes.
