Raj has an innate love for movement! After practicing yoga for many years, Raj accidentally stumbled across The Class and this method lit a whole new fire within her! Coupling The Class with her passion for all things nutrition and wellness is one of Raj's biggest joys. She feels lucky to be able to connect with herself and others using these modalities. Raj hopes to guide people closer toward their own toolkit so they can recognize that they have everything they need as well as reminding folks that digging up these tools we all possess and reconnecting to them is best done surrounded by community and fun.
