Nat spent her childhood in a dance studio, training hours on end. Once her dance days were over to make room for University her mental health deteriorated - between the stress of studying and history of striving for perfection. She sought out other modalities of movement, including Pilates and The Class. Movement was her saviour - helping her understand and express the things that can’t always be put into words. Nat’s kind heart, infectious smile, and knowledge of the body will have you feeling supported and moving freely.
