On Day 1, we’ll drop into our bodies with Jaycee and explore what’s standing between you and gratitude. We’ll use sound and fiery movements to unearth the things that hold us back and reveal what we already have rather than what we don’t.
Journal Prompts:
1. What are some of the things you can start to identify about yourself when you are in the space of lack, scarcity, and limiting beliefs? What are the bodily sensations you feel? What is the reactivity of the mind like?
2. What are some of the rooted beliefs that you have, in and around scarcity and limitation?
We encourage you to continue journaling after the closing of Day 1 and stay in observation with what comes up as you continue forward.
On Day 2, we’ll practice awareness with CJ and incinerate what comes up when we’re in a state of limitation. What beliefs limit us and what beliefs expand possibility? In Class, we’ll heat up the conversation with a cardio burst to bring it all up and out.
On Day 3, we’ll settle in with Aimee to quietly reflect on the times when our beliefs were the root of your suffering. In Class, we’ll combine stretching and meditation to become aware of all we have in the present moment.
On Day 4, we’ll turn inwards with Taryn and examine what becomes activated when we’re in a scarcity mindset and compassionately hold space for it. From there, we’ll open to the possibility of shifting our perspective. In Class, we’ll combine low-impact movements with sound to infuse breath into t...
