7 Days to Gratitude: Day 1, The Class Restore + Journaling
On Day 1, we’ll drop into our bodies with Jaycee and explore what’s standing between you and gratitude. We’ll use sound and fiery movements to unearth the things that hold us back and reveal what we already have rather than what we don’t.

On Day 2, we’ll practice awareness with CJ and incinerate what comes up when we’re in a state of limitation. What beliefs limit us and what beliefs expand possibility? In Class, we’ll heat up the conversation with a cardio burst to bring it all up and out.
On Day 3, we’ll settle in with Aimee to quietly reflect on the times when our beliefs were the root of your suffering. In Class, we’ll combine stretching and meditation to become aware of all we have in the present moment.
On Day 4, we’ll turn inwards with Taryn and examine what becomes activated when we’re in a scarcity mindset and compassionately hold space for it. 7 Days to Gratitude: Day 5, Meditation + Journaling
On Day 5, we’ll dive into the science of gratitude with Natalie—learning how it expands our capacity for joy and connection by enhancing serotonin and dopamine levels in the brain. In Class, we’ll meditate to bring our attention inward and journal to create a new mind map rooted in gratitude.
On Day 6, we’ll tune into a new source of listening with Sam. If we’re listening from our mind we’ll maintain a scarcity mindset, but if we practice listening to our gut abundance will flow. In Class, we’ll focus on heating up the core to unlock the heart of intuition.
