This Class serves as Day 9 of our 10 Days with The Band Program. Marina will guide you through a 35 minute sequence focused on cardio with the use of resistance bands. We recommend having The Class Bands, both light and heavy resistance, at the ready. You’ll receive instruction for which resistance to use but feel free to choose, based on the challenge you desire. Use this series to further strengthen your body and to effectively incorporate the resistance bands into any Class, if you so choose. Let’s begin.
